IMO that is a perfectly reasonable response to someone who clearly hasn't done any research and is looking to be spoonfed answers that are easily found. There are plenty of people who do their research, have some trouble finding specific details, and then ask for help. But then there are people who complain about reading the thread and proceed to ask the exact same question in a post on the same page

Anyone who gets personally offended on the internet needs to be trolled anyway
