The "Will it fit?" thread

I'm going to make two statements:
1. I used the search function. Although there were some SIMILAR specs, it wasn't exact.
2. I really tried researching on multiple forums and talking to multiple vendors because I wanted to figure this out on my own, but I just want to make sure before pulling the trigger.

Additional Info:
I have a 2015 Nismo.
I am installing Swift Spec R lowering springs.
I plan on using OEM Nismo tires, but I can change this if recommended.

Will this fit? I'm going for a flush look:
F 19x9.5 +22
R 19x11 +19

I'm mainly concerned about the rear specs. 10.5 isn't an option and the vendor can't do anything "less" than +19. These are custom wheels. I REALLY appreciate the feedback in advance.
