I ran 19x9.5 +12 (exact size as yours) with the stock Bridgestones 245/40r19 up front, and I was lowered on ARK GT-S springs with stock fenders (non-rolled) and arms. I did rub with this setup so I had to switch down to 235/35r19.

I think you may be able to get away with rolling your fenders to avoid rubbing but I would suggest getting a set of front upper control arms so you can adjust your camber (I recommend SPL).

When you went down to 235 did you roll the fenders?

No, the 235/35 fit just fine. FYI there will be a bit of tire stretch with this setup.

I'll probably just roll the fenders and keep the 245 hopefully no rubbing.
