They say no rubbing. Although there might not be any rubbing on the street, what about when the wheel goes deeper into the wheel well on the track. Also, any track concerns with that offset? Are you still able to manage the camber without upper control arms?
I'm running 19x9.5 +25 with 265/35/19 and 19x10.5 +12 with 305/30/19 with no rubbing problems, and I'm on Swift springs, so you shouldn't have any issues at stock height. There's only a 3mm difference between my front offset and yours, and I think the offsets are perfect for the Z. While I haven't driven it on the track, it has been driven very spiritedly on some technical roads with no rubbing issues. Also, you'll want to run 265/35 instead of a 265/30 on the front, or you'll have a nearly 1" difference in the diameter between the front and rear tires.

Spacers for brake clearance? leaning no, because the design that the wheel copies, the Volk Racing TE37, clears pretty much anything. However, they may have changed the design due to their manufacturing process (clearly not forged)

Default Base OEM rims whant to go meatier

Hey guys! Need a little help here...

So my 2013 base is running on OEM wheels 18x8 Front and 18x9 Back. I'm not particularly interested in changing wheels, but want to go meatier with the tires for the more aggressive look.

Would 245/45/18 and 285/40/18 work on this OEM wheels???

I'm aware of the 0.25" higher on the back tire with this setup. Could do 275/40 for the more accurate/precise height.

The height of the 285/40 wouldn't be an issue...but the tire will be more pinched on the rim...most have an 11.4'ish section compared to the 10.9 of the 275.
I've run a few sets of 245/45,275/40's & they do great....the 275 would actually fit a 9.5" wheel better/as it's snugger on the wheel than the 245's on the 8's.
I didn't look at your location...but this past summer i wanted Bridgestone's RE11 in this size & nobody had both sizes available....then looked at the bit higher priced PSS Michelin....same thing,,,both sizes un-available.
After 1 pair of front's & 2 rear's of the Goodyear F1's...they discontinued the tire,so curently have the Nitto555 & they aren't bad...just a bit heavy.(27,32lbs.)
I mount & balance my own stuff & the 275 is more difficult squeezing on the wheel than the 245's up front.
Hope this help's & other's may add to it.

I'm actually running 245/45/18 MICHELIN PILOT SPORT A/S on the back set (approx. 3,500 miles on them) so those could go up front and I found the 275 and the 285 in the same MICHELIN PILOT SPORT A/S. If I change the setup will still be rocking same tires all four corners!

The real concern as you know is that fitment to the 18x8 and 18x9's... I'm thinking it would be wiser to try the 275 on my back 9"s than the 285. **The 275 are actually more expensive at this time :s** jejeje

I'll wait and see if someone has another opinion, approach or experience.

Hey everyone, wondering if the following would fit for the fronts (found a used set locally, rears are 19x11 +18, I plan to run 305/30/19, this is close to the "standard" f14 offset of 15mm):

19x9 + 14

I'll be lowered on Swift Springs only. And which tire size would best complement the rear 305s? I would want 265/35/19 if I were to get 9.5+20 up front, but as this is a 9" width wheel, considering 255/35/19. Would this be ok? or too much of a diameter difference from the rears?

You may be limited on sizes; if you're wanting to run stock diameter without any stretch...
Michelin makes a 25.8/26.3" 295/25 & 325/25 that would fit....but pending your suspension set-up....i just briefly cruised through different sizing & looking for oem diameter w/good fitment on your wheel choices & they are slim.
Michelin has run-flat's in the 285/30 & 335/25....26.5/26.6" diameter's also.

+20 back,+25 front, camber settings not sure but it's flush as possible, and I have no tire gap compared to stock

Your wheel lip is gonna be out pretty good/ as you more than likely will have a stretched look setup & possibly-2ish camber.
Is your car lowered any & did you want factory diameter tires?

This is an aggressive fitment close to what I'm running, very good! Always glad to see someone go beyond the boring conservative fitments that most folks run

Please check my build thread for pictures! You can see what it looks like and go from there

I am running:
20x11 +15 in front, which is extends 16mm further outward than your fronts.
My tires are 275/30/20 (total diameter 26.5, about .2 inches shorter than stock 245/40/19)

20x12 +20 in back, same as yours. 315/25/20 (26.2 inches total diameter, .7 inches shorter than stock nismo 285/35/19)

Suspension is aragosta coilovers and full SPL adjustable everything. Height is top of tire to the fender, maybe a bit under.

Camber is -3 front, -2 rear.

According to my alignment shop (very good place, does tons of fitments for all sorts of cars, race and street), i could have run a 5mm spacer in rear EASILY, and there is still a finger gap from tire to fender.

Both front and rear have a slight stretch, so you have the angled shoulder of the tire, but not that much.

In back I could have easily run a 325/25/20 tire and been fine. The rears on the Nismo are already rolled from the factory, there is no fitment issue. Basically in the back of the Z, you can run ANYTHING. I have seen 20x11 +0 with a 285/30/20 fit just fine.

Fronts you are fine with a 275/30/20 and can run less camber than i did. If you wanted to be even more safe you can go to a 265/30 or 255/55.

EDIT:
If you haven't invested in SPL arms, i would highly recommend you do so. At minimum you should get their front upper control arms that adjust camber AND caster.

bumping up - wondering what people's thoughts here are on 19x9 + 14 up front. Rears are 19x11 + 18. If the fronts will fit fine (lowered on Swifts), then what tire size is recommended for this?

I've searched and can only find 19x9.5/11 rather than 9/11.
