Unless you have an exact/specific size or flavor; tire option's are much better in the 19's vs. 20's for these cars.

Does anyone know how to calculate what will/won't fit based on measurements and/or math?

You can look at other pages on forum; such as [official]370z wheel fitment guide (pics/specs) only. Also I use this chart to help me calculate.

Pictured here is a very clean 20" setup. 265/30 & 325/25's on +20F & +26R Michelin PSS tires.
9.5" & 12" wide wheels. It is shown on "370z Meaty Tire Thread"....a few of the front sized tires you mentioned are taller than rear/closer to stock diameter..both of these tires are 26.3" diameter & car looks lowered.
20's don't have the selection that 19's do with bunches of width.
Ck out that thread & you will see more options.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1445415782.800385.jpg

I was wanting some suggestions for tires for my setup. I'll be running 305/30's in the rear on 11" wide (+20 offset) but am undecided on what to use in the front. The wheel is a 19x10 (+20 offset) and I'm trying to decide between a 265/35 or a 275/35... has anyone ran something close to this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Back will be fine: should be about flush,,, but front is gonna poke out. 19x10+30's are closer to flush & the 265/35 is same diameter as the 305/30... & don't require a 10"wide wheel...scroll back a few pages & search a few other threads: I feel sure you would have to roll fenders for those... If you are running the same offset on front & rear,,,you need about 2" rim width difference to match up.

2" Difference in wheel width will put outer part of wheel in almost exact spot (in relationship to fenders) pending no crazy camber settings are used (within specs)

I'm looking to put a set of Volks on my 2015 Nismo and was wondering if this set up would work. Also since the 15 Nismo comes with the fender flares would i be able to keep them on or have to remove them.

Volk TE37SL
19x10.5+22 all round
Wanting to run staggered tires, maybe F: 265/35 and R: 285-295?

Unsure on tires so if you know the best fit that would be great. Looking to go meaty

PS: I am currently at stock height but might considering lowering if needed. Not looking to run excessive camber

Thanks guys

Not sure about fender flares but: Your rear wheels will virtually be the same spec;just (.042"or 1.067mm) further out.
Front's will be (1.205"or 30.658mm) further out.
I've seen +22 9.5" wide wheels look flush-But what you have proposed will definitely stick out/unless i'm missing something.

Thanks man I appreciate it. After some digging I think i would definitely have to shave my fender flares to take them off completely. Might just end up going with a 9.5 front so its less of a worry.

As far as going meaty on the tire; i've seen factory Nismo wheels running 275/35's & 325/30's...pending on Tire maker.
