i have this hairbrained scheme about going 19"FR and 20"rear. I also want to run some serious rubber, but so far the closest i can come in terms of diameter, and keeping sidewall more or less the same, is 3.1% difference FR>RR (285/30r19 FR | 335/25r20 RR). my preferred tire selection would actually put it at about a 3.4% difference (285/30r19 FR | 345/25r20 RR), which i expect would definitely cause weirdness. obviously a wonky traction control system makes the idea a no-go. edit: there are other tire choices that come closer, but i was hoping to run some 325+ on the RR. however, i like the sidewalls/diameter sizes of some of the narrower options.
