Most people run square setup for their winter set up with spacers in the rear to make it not look so weird. If you dont car how it looks, then spacers arent necessary.

LIP MEASUREMENT: 1.75"

My guess is the wheels will clear the base calipers, its the 235/50/18 tire with that tall sidewall that I'm worried will rub potentially. Any idea?
