Had to change my order from the continental DW super sports due to continental delaying all production for no reason and backordering my tires to 2012 from tire rack. So

Had to change my order from the continental DW super sports due to continental delaying all production for no reason and backordering my tires to 2012 from tire rack. So anyway, ordered 265 35 19f 305 30 19r. Of the potenza pole positions. I'm still running my stock rims on my nismo, Will it fit? Please explain offset, and do I need spacers.
