I do know you can run up to 345 wide tires in the rear of the Z.

you'll probably want some 10-15mm spacers for the rear, but otherwise you will be fine with those offsets.

It will definitely fit. Pretty conservative so you shouldn't have any issues.

Does anybody know what is the meatiest (widest) tire that I can put on the stock base wheels without modifying anything? I've been searching in a lot of threads but all I found were dimensions of tires for the 19'' rays. Is there any information about the 18'' stock wheels?

I don't have the wheels so everything I am about to say is theoretical. Hopefully someone with real world experience will chime in. However, this should give you a relatively good idea.

Front Wheel is 18x8 and an 8" wide wheel can generally take up to about 245-255 width tire.

Rear Wheel is an 18x9 and a 9" and you can run a 265-275.

Doing some quick research it seems you have a better tire selection in the 245/45r18 sizes for the front (most notably the Bridgestone RE-11).

For the rear I'd recommend the 275/40r18 for two reasons: first and most important it will match the diameter of the 245/45r18 tire. second, the RE-11 is available in that size.

I estimate this the widest grippiest tire setup that you can run on the OEM 18s.

For clarity: 245/45r18 Front & 275/40r18 Rear and I would recommend the Bridgestone RE-11s

I don't think you have to worry much about modifying anything with the stock wheels. You're biggest concern is if the tire will fit properly on the wheel. You can probably get away with a 255 in the front 275 in the back. They'll have a lot of "bubble" to them though.

Well, they're an inch wider than the base all around. So probably 255-265 in the front, 275-285 rear? Never done this setup, hopefully someone can confirm...

265/35r19 Front
305/30r19 Rear

Various guys on here running it. Would look like this

Edit: that photo is actually of 275/35r19s on the front. So like FPEnvy mentioned below 275 is the widest for the front.
