Quick question. Will these rims fit my tires and car?
18x9.5 +20 18x10.5 +20 Will they fit the stock base tires? 225 50R18 245 45R18 And they will fit the car right? Since I don't have the sport brakes. |
I am interested in doing a VVSCV2 in 10.5 Square set up. I am dropped on Ark springs no camber arms yet, 1.5" drop. They are available in +15, +25, +45. I'm looking to get the most concave look. What offset should I go with, and what size tires? Thanks

Hello, I've been lurking here for awhile. I have had my 370Z for over 3 months now and I plan on driving it in the winter on some narrower rims and snow tires.
Since there is often a good amount of snowfall here, I could be using the winter season wheels for over 4 months and would actually like to get something I find that looks neat instead of the bottom dollar tirerack rims. Does anyone have an idea if these would fit? I have the sport package and thus, the larger brakes and don't know if there would be enough clearance, with the offset and with or without spacers. Both Front and Rear would be the same spec. 18x8.5 Offset: +36 M Technica Turbo Wheel - 18x8.5" - Guerilla Racing http://cdn2.bigcommerce.com/server35....1280.1280.jpg http://i290.photobucket.com/albums/l...6/IMG_0052.jpg |
Scott^
Depends on the backspacing, but the size and offset would fit and you would more than likely need to run a big spacer to clear the brakes based on the dish type. |
Thanks East Bay. I might keep looking, to find something with a little less hassle.

Will WedsSport RC105N - R face in 9.5" fit on our cars? ET is 35 or 10. Just not sure about spoke design.

265/35/19 and 285/35/19 PSS on LMZ5 Wheels (same specs as stock 19'' Ray's) with 25/30mm spacers?

Will 18x9.5 +3 fit in the front of a Nismo Z?

Okay, it's crunch time for winter tires and rims so I am going to throw up a couple more wheels that I have been looking at and see if anyone has some input. I'm worried about the brake clearance on the sport package on all of these.
I am looking at some wheels that can be made in a custom offset so I don't have to deal with spacers as these will be a little narrower than the summertime stock Ray's. fifteen52 RSL Tarmac These are the rims on Ken Block's gymkhana car ( not that I care) that are in that San Francisco video. I just bring this up as the site says they have fit all big brake kits that they have tested and I would think there would be some fairly large brakes on that car. It would cost a little bit more of the custom 114.3 bolt pattern and offset, but I like the style and I would be on them approximately 4 months out of the year. They are unfortunately out of stock in this 18x8.5" variety until the end of december (I have a beater still handy until then). http://www.urotuned.com/tarmacs_silver_1.jpg http://blog.beangarage.com/wp-conten....1280.1280.jpg http://images.ecwid.com/images/185392/15063508.jpg http://webpages.charter.net/scottomatic/370Z_Tarmac.jpg I also like these: WatercooledIND CC10 Wheels for Sale Which are available in custom bolt pattern and offset. They have a very concave design that looks like they may fit the large brakes. http://i43.tinypic.com/e1f56t.jpg http://i40.tinypic.com/2rf323a.jpg http://www.urotuned.com/wci-cc10_side_600.jpg http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/...ps5b68a47e.jpg  |
don't like either of those
|
Agreed... not a fan. Sorry.
|
Just me but they look like truck wheels from the 90's.
|
Both options. Ugly.

Scott your sense of style is unique... that being said, I don't like any of the wheels you posted.
