Thanks for all your help! Even tho we just opened up a whole nutha can'O worms |
hard to tell from the picts but the old setup appears more aggressive than the new setup?
is this the old? same as the car pict with the painter's tape? http://www.the370z.com/attachments/w...ead-image.jpeg this looks more like 9.5 ET35 at that height..hard to tell from the picts. http://www.the370z.com/attachments/w...read-image.jpg do you have any picts diagonally from the rear? usually poke shows up easier in that angle. |

Hey guys,
Need help on track wheels. Have someone selling Varrstoen 18 x9.5 +22 and 19 x 10.5 + 22. Trying to figure out if these will fit the 370z with our Akebono brakes. The rear will have 315 tires and front will be 295s. Hoping for a drag setup at first and then possible get more rears with 295 for road course, but that'll be in the near future. Thanks for the help everyone! |
Quick question? Will the 35mm ray lugs fit the te37sl or do i need the 42mm or 50mm. Thanks
|
Will these sizes fit my car ?
Enkei RS05RR Front : 20X10 +35 Rear : 20x11 +15 or.. Front : 18x10.5 +15 ( Face R ) Rear : 18x11 +16 ( Face R ) I am on H&R springs at the moment, Will be upgrading to coilovers after i purchase wheels. If this question has been answered before i apologize in advanced if you can either link me to it or explain again it would be very much appreciated. |

i know an oem rear sport 19x10+30 will fit the front... |
with those spec wheels 20x10+35,20x11+15 you will poke .41" on front/.56" on rear more than a factory Nismo w/19x9.5+40,19x10.5+23's
you may be able to go as aggressive as +28 on front. A general rule of thumb on these cars/for equal flush fit (always pending proper camber) is 1/2"(12-13mm) more + offset for front wheels that are 1" narrower in front than rear. That is why you see a lot of 19x9.5+25/19x10.5+12 combo's.....it's all in what your taste is.,,,,tire size matters too. :) |

Here's my setup: http://i1043.photobucket.com/albums/...shqvflehq.jpeg http://i1043.photobucket.com/albums/...s1br8oewm.jpeg Work Emotion CR2P Front: 19x9.5 +20 Rear: 19x11 +15 (with 5mm slip on spacers) Bridgestone RE-11 Front: 265/35R19 Rear: 305/30R19tires Suspension: Ark GT-S Springs Spacers: 5mm Z1 slip on It's difficult to provide a definitive answer because I don't know what size tires you intend on purchasing. But assuming we use the same brand and size tires, here's my input: Enkei RS05RR Front : 20X10 +35 - Too conservative. I would get a +25 or +28 offset for a 10" wide front wheel. Rear : 20x11 +15 - I found mine to bee on the conservative side so I added 5mm spacers in the rear for a +10 offset. or.. Front : 18x10.5 +15 ( Face R ) - Too aggressive. The wheels alone will stick past the fenders roughly .75". Rear : 18x11 +16 ( Face R ) - Almost the same as the 20 fitment above. Though not ideal, the 20s fit better. Good luck! |
The 18x10.5 RS05RR are also offered in +25 and +35 offsets...

I don't know if this for wheel fitment or tires also, anyway, I have a little issue deciding on a new tires set for my new setup. I have ZE40 wheels with 19x9.5 +22 front and 19x10.5 +22 back. It looks like I will go for MPSS tires, however, after spending lot of time into researching tire sizes and looks and everything, I just lost it and don't know what to buy :shakes head::shakes head:
So, to some extent I had decided on the following size F: 255/40 R: 295/35 I thought of going 265/40 in front, but it will be a little taller (and the mentioned one has more identical diameters). I thought of a different idea just now, even though, it looks less likely but I need to say it, go 285/35 square, but I think this will look a little strange on staggered wheels. So knowing that I have stock suspension and I wouldn't go lower in the near future (as I got scrapes here and there already loool), my question is: 1) How would the front looks with 255? Stretched or Normal? I don't want stretch. Just to confirm my choice before ordering. |

http://www.the370z.com/body-interior...-diffuser.html I think he is running 295/40/18 tires, so with the right camber and coilover adjustment would mine sit exactly like this? Sorry when it comes to fitment on wheels i dont know much about it. Again i apologize if i broke any rules by putting that link to that thread in this reply / Asking to many questions that probably have been already answered. BTW the car looks great love the wheels and the color of your car. |

Looks like his may rub to an extent as well. But, at the same time you can tell he's running a decent amount of camber. Love the look though |
^^ It seems you can actually see where the fender rubs on the tire. I agree though, it looks great.

So found pretty much most of the information on that setup:
18x10.5 +15 18x11 -6 (+16 w/ 20mm spacer) 295/40 square |

Will I be ok with this tire sizes? Looking to fill fenders but without rubbing.
Wheels Advan GT 18 x 9.5 +22 18 x 11 + 12 Tires Falken 255/40/18 295/40/18 I'm about .75" lower from stock height. |

What about: 19 x 9.5 +20 Front, 19 x 11 +18 Rear?
Currently lowered on BC racing coilovers. |

U can run up to a 19x11 +5 I'm pretty sure. It think it was Moore speed that had it no rubbing.

Hi guys, I want to do autoX and ocasionally track days. For my wheel/tire set up, I am thinking of getting:
Enkei RPF1 Black (18x9.5) +15offset (5x114.3) 18x10.5 Enkei RPF1 (Black) Wheels/Rims 5x114.3 (37981056515BK) also +15 offset. I want to Run r888s 275/35R18 99Y - front 295/30R18 98Y - rear Can you please tell me if that's going to work especially for the front? I don't want to rub the fender. Thanks! p.s. I currently have 20mm spacers all around but my current set up is stock sports rays with 245 front and 305s on the back. |
Hey guys not trying to cut in on cranzys fitment question but also have a fitment question:
1. Will a 325/30 fit on a 10.5 rim? 2. I'm running 19x10.5et12 do you think I'll have rubbing issues? I have a spare set of rears et22 as well. Car is on tein Springs with around 1.75 drop. |
You need a 12" rim for 325. The biggest you can do with 10.5 is 305

2. No rubbing issues with 19x10.5 +12 in the rear. 19X10.5 +22 in the rear will look sunk in without spacers. |
Quick will it fit question:
Looking at Nitto NT05R's. in the 19"s they come in a 305/35 will those fit stock nismo rims? |
I think the rear nismo are 10.5 so ya 305 should be good

Hi guys,
Been looking at getting myself a set of Work VS-XX [not the step lip] - heard a few different things about different disk types... These are A Disk all round, I'm aware that I'll need a ~3mm spacer to clear on the rear, but haven't seen anything about fitment on the front? Specs: 19x9 +25, 19x10 +25 Looking into new lips essentially making them 19x10+13 , 19x11.5+6 [OR] 19x11+13 (plus 3mm spacer). Don't mind rolling the guards, not planning on getting them pulled. Any estimates on the camber I'll need to run? ~ -2.5 front and back? Thoughts? Cheers. |
