305/30r19 Rear Various guys on here running it. Would look like this http://www.the370z.com/members/azroa...arter-view.jpg Edit: that photo is actually of 275/35r19s on the front. So like FPEnvy mentioned below 275 is the widest for the front. |

pretty sure some people run 275's in the front as well |
i love the aggressive look and most people with a Z goes performance. although i love love to see a well stanced Z.
What is the widest size of wheels that can be put on the 370z sport breaks, without having to make any modifications to the body? i am considering front 19x11+5 rear 19x13+0. would that be alright? or body work will be needed? |
I run 20 x 10.5's on all four corners and haven't seen anything wider on the front unless it's wide body, but I'm sure someone will chime in on this.

A few guys are running 20x11 F. and 20x13 in the rear, I don't know their offsets W.O.W. is one of them.
|
I know Rusty is running 345 wide tires in the rear of his Z without a widebody. soooo meaty :yum:

So Ive been digging through several VS-XX threads and cant seem to find a concise answer. I am interested in doing a VS-XX setup running 19x9.5 and 19x11 in the rear.
I have the touring package with sports brakes. I am wondering what would be the best offset to sit flush with the fenders. Thanks ahead of time |
9.5 +22 11.0 +15
Typo. Should be 11" on the rear. |

Hi guys,
I'm looking at some Axis Matrix Hyper Black Wheels locally and wanted to see if they would fit based off the specs the owner provided. Front: 19x8 +35 Rear: 19x9.5 +40 I just need these wheels to put my oem tires on since my auto-x tires are on the stock wheels. I have the akebono brakes too. Also would hub rings be needed etc. Thank you for your time. |

I suppose you could use the 9.5 wheels would work OK as front wheels, but I doubt that is what had in mind. |
Hey guys need some help. I'm getting gram lights 57 Drs 18x9.5 5x114. What offset will fit the front? Thanks
|
Will these fit without rubbing, fender rolling, or any other mods besides coilovers to close the gap?
Measurements taken from Craigslist ad "Vossen CV2 20x10.5 +45 with 295/35/20 toyo proxes 20x9 +32 with 245/35/20 toyo proxes 5x114.3 (5x4.5) -20x10.5 -700$ each=1400$ -20x9 -650$ each= 1300$ 285/30/20 toyos =600$ 245/35/20 toyos= 320$ 67.1-73mm vossen hub centric rings (also have 64.1-73mm hub centric rings)" Found these on CL near me in Greenville, SC. These are the only style of wheels that I Iike for my black Nismo. Could also make my money back since Nismo wheels sell really fast. Seller wants $2500 Thanks you for your inputs Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk |

I'm looking at buying some Michelin Pilot Super Sports for the stock Rays with 265/35/19 in the front and 295/30/19 in the rear. I'm lowered on KW V3's about 1 inch, with SPL arms. No spacers. Does anyone have a similar set-up or know if I would have an issue with possible rubbing? I am willing to sacrifice some ride height if necessary to accommodate the larger tires though.
Thanks for any help! |

you won't rub because you are actually reducing in overall diameter as compared to stock. |
Awesome thanks for the help guys!

Hi Guys,
I need some help for the new setup i want. Purchasing Work CR Ultimate's with the following sizes: F: 19X9.5 +25 R: 19X10.5 +12 Tires (RE 11's): F: 265/35/19 R: 285/35/19 I will be lowering on KW V3 coilover's. Question is, will this setup sit flush with the fender. I don't want to use spacers. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. If you recommend a different tire setup let me know. I wouldn't mind going 305 in the back if I don't stick out, but I think that's unlikely. |
I run a 9.5 +16 on a 245/35 with a slight pull on the fender and rolled flat, no rubbing under normal driving, but i did rub on one side at Zdayz on hard elevated turns. My rear is a 20x11 +0 on a 285/30 77, and I believe I could have fit a 295 in there as well. I am also running 2 deg camber all around. I think you should be able to stuff a 305 in there no problem.

GTR Wheels
Front: 20x9.5 +45
Rear: 20x10.5 +25 While these fit? What tire sizes are recommended for this setup? Thanks |
Quote:
the 305 has a section of 12.2 & tread of 11.1 which will fit the rim fine-pending on your camber setting about sticking out? the 285/35's are 26.9" tall & may cause your traction light to go on and off. I personally like the tread width on the tire to be the same as the overall rim width;in your case,,,a 9.5 wheel is 10.5" wide & 10.5 wheel is 11.5" (that's Lip to Lip) Michelin has a much larger selection with the PSS tire....but width's change with manufacturer-weren't sure if you were a fan of the stretched look or the fat/slight bulge or straight up & down.? something to think about. Rear camber will play a huge roll in sticking out or not. |

these run maybe a couple tenth's above stock diameter & should fit-unless you are very low |

Pirelli has 255/35's & 295/30's that are right at 27" tall & vary in width by origin of maker...5-7 tires the same size each. Germany,Italy etc....any particular tire brand you like?

looking at these 20's in Pirelli's and Michelin's will give you a headache! 245/35/20 Front 285/30/20 Rear (stock diameter 26.7"- 26.8") 255/35/20 F 295/30/20 R (tad taller at 27"-27.2") Pick your poison-Pirelli & Michelin have multiple dimensions of each of these tires. Watch for how many /32" and traction temp. AA A (compound needs to be the same on front rear) also where the tires are made,,,,that seems to make a difference in the actual size. Bridgestone Hankook Yokohama Lot's of other's offer only 1-2 dimensions of tire. Good-Luck! |

newbie questions
please excuse my ignorance on tires and wheels. i just bought a 2016 touring. it came with 18" wheels that i despise. i would like to put 19" wheels on the car. i am only considering using a stock 370 wheels just, want them in 19". is my suspension basically the same on the touring model as other z packages? i am curious if they will fit without any modification? i also like the looks of some of the cars i have seen on here with spacers. at what point do you have to have camber kits that i have heard mentioned?
thanks |
