okay im finally set with which offset im going to go with.... all that researching and pm's ...

im going with
19x10 -+0 with 235/35
19x11 -+0 rear 255/35

right now, even with camber kits they can only adjust them up to
-2.6 front
-3.2 rear
for camber, toes are in spec

If you went with 11 +18 rear (only available offset) what would go with it for the front?

9.5 +15
OR
9.5 +25

Wheels have those two offsets available for fronts.

KaienZ34 03-14-2013 09:53 PM

I'd go +25 but that's just me.

asdfsammich 03-14-2013 10:12 PM

I'm leaning towards the +25 too.

I don't want any poke and kinda assuming +15 pokes a little.

I think I've read 9.5 +12 pokes out some. So using that reference maybe +15 does too?

Any help guys?

asdfsammich 03-14-2013 10:52 PM

Thanks for the input KaienZ34.

Anyone else know how it will sit?

I'm mainly wanting it to be equally aggressive between the front and back.

So if the back has to be 11 +18, then would a 9.5 +25 or +15 be more symmetrical, front vs rear?

Thanks guys.

if the vendor is telli you to roll then they cant get you a custom offset and only a preset offset that wont work.

for a 305 in the rear you can run a 11 with 10 offset and it would poke slightly but you wont need to adjust suspension. a +15 would sit better. For the front if you did a 9.5 + 25 witha 265 same look as the rear without having to adjust suspension.

a 9.5 + 25 with a 265 tire would look good.

with a + 18 rear run a 305 rear tire.

+25 will be a better choice IMO. I'm running +25 on my wheels and they sit almost flush with -1.7 camber. 11" +18 will sit almost perfectly flush with MAYBE a little poke. +15 on the front would poke about out about 1/2"

Ok, thanks dai & chris!

I'm going to order me some kiwami 19x9.5+25 19x11.0+18 tomorrow!

on that note. ad08's tend to be a tad wider than more other tires ive come across.

you should still be fine.... but might be close.. just an FYI.

I'll post pics if my 18x9.5+25 with a 255/40 tire later tonight. at work now. At +20 offset I was poking and rubbing on big bumps or hard corners also.

Infamous 03-15-2013 03:16 PM

Quick question on a square 18x10.5 +15 on stock suspension, unknown tire specs. What would make this fit? Thanks guys! Tried searching, but I'm at work and can't really do an in depth search.

asdfsammich 03-15-2013 09:36 PM

Ordered Work Kiwami. Should be in mid April. Went with the 19s 9.5+25 & 11.0+18.

All the awesome input, plus pics, means it'll all be dialed in precisely to where I wanted it, haha, or pictured it in my head! Thanks again all!

Nope. you would stick out about an inch or more from the fender on front.

You think Coils, camber and a slight stretch make it fit? What do you folks running a square 10.5 +15 set up have your camber dialed to?

Edit: Also, what size tires up front?

at least-3 degrees camber, maybe a 235 stretched on a 10.5 pretty extensive stretch.

Infamous 03-15-2013 11:32 PM

Thanks for the input. Gross. Nvm. Not a fan of that much stretch and camber.

Yeah, I'm was running -1.7 camber on a 9.5" +20 with a 255 and I was rubbing on big bumps. On a 10.5+15 is just a crazy extreme fit.

Does anybody off hand know if a 285/30/18 fit on the base rear rims? I know its pushing it but has anyone done it? Have any pics?

Thanks!

Do you have aftermarket rims? If not, 20" tires aren't going to fit your 19" rims too well...

bldg636 03-20-2013 02:33 PM

20x10 and 20x11 rims . . . looking at 255/30/20 in front and 305/25/20 in back . . . +15 offset front and back . . . will also be lowered 1 inch . . . . will it fit? Can i go any wider on front or back without stretching?

Thanks in advance!

I think the max you can go on the base rims are a 275

rAiN 03-22-2013 01:00 AM

how about 19x12 offset -6? what tire size you recommend to run that offset?

I would like some more opinions because one issue I have is also the look of the sidewalls. I currently have 255's on my 9" rim and it looks a bit stretched. I know the 305 on the 10.5" will have a bit of a bulge. My thinking is the 265 will have about the same amount of bulge vs. a stretch due to the 265 & 305 section width are both about 1.5" over rim width. Also, with the 255, it would have a smaller diameter and sidewall compared to the rear. OEM has fronts a bit larger so the 265 by the numbers is a better fit:

I am looking at
Rims: Rohana RC20
front 20x10 +25 +40
rear 20x11 +10 +20 +28

Tires: Hankook - Ventus V12 evo K110
255/35/20
285/30/20

will I be ok with these, I trying to get a flush look with the rims and flat sidewall look with the tires (or at least a non-stretched look)

rAiN 03-25-2013 10:04 PM

how about 19x12 -6 in the rear? with maybe 285/35 tires

raymondo510 03-28-2013 11:26 PM

Ok so I finally order my wheels in 19x9.5+15, 19x11+10. Im starting to tire shop and need some opinions. Im looking at Hankook V12's in 285/30/19 265/30/19. I know they will fit but I want to make sure the side wall won't look to chunky, I'm going for that low profile flush look. Im not lowered yet but that will come once I get the wheels and tires set up. Also I was wondering why some guys get a taller sidewall in the rear than in the front?
