We powder coat at least 2-3 sets of wheels a month on average..... We also do all sorts of custom color powder coating and anodizing. We are also known for having great quality results.

For us to dismount the tires, sandblast and prep the wheels, powder coat and bake the wheels, then re-mount and balance the wheels and tires we only charge a total of $325.... for any standard (one stage) color.

If the wheels are already dismounted and brought in to us, we charge $63-$68 a wheel.... for most any wheel, and almost any color you can think of.

I don't do wheels anymore, just too much work for a one man shop where that man has two full time jobs. At that price point, I don't know how you can do it profitably, unless you have an assembly line type shop.
