How Wide Can You Go
In the Front? I would like to have equal sized wheels on front and back (which I have heard people do for track/autocross). I think I have seen people do two sets of fronts, but what about two sets of rear wheels from the 18in stockers?

I put 275's on the rear stock 18" wheels. No rubbing so far and I don't think they ever will.

arent the rear wheels 275 anyway?
mine where. I now put 295 on. no problems |
2 sets of 18" rears would give you 9" width all around. 9" is the stock sport front wheel size, and an aftermarket 10" wheel fits up front pretty easily as well.
The only issue you have to look at is offset, but I think the offset difference may work in your favor in the case of mounting a rear wheel on the front, giving you a more flush look, the equivalent of using a 15mm spacer. In the rear you may have to use a 15mm spacer to re-square the stance. |
19s 305 in the rear on sport rims
19s 265 in the front on sport rims equals pure sex with a nice grip |
I am currently running 295/35/19 on the back and 245/35/19 on the front.
