Yeah...if it were me, I definitely wouldn't go lower. But you're not me I suppose!

Don't go lower, its perfect right now. Like you said, you scrape the lip and deflectors as it is.

:iagree: If you are already scraping the Sport lip you are low enough.

HATED1 07-24-2010 06:05 PM

hello, i like your set-up, would you happen to have a rear shot? looking to see how much past the rear fenders the wheels stick out, i would greatly appreciate it!

zum78spd 08-29-2010 03:48 PM

I saw this car rolling through Brea, and it looks killer!!! I hope you don't mind but I may copy your setup (just the wheels).

ClemsonWill 08-29-2010 06:31 PM

The flat black is sick. Very nicely done.

ilostmypill 08-29-2010 07:56 PM

anyone know if the 15mm kics project spacer will fit sport rays wheels? does the wheel has the extra space for the stud go in?

OrderXsoL 08-29-2010 08:38 PM

Looks sick man!

The front wheels don't have enough cut-out for the protruding stock studs, someone on the forum has already tried it. I think the rears are ok. Personally I've always felt better about replacing the shorter studs with longer ones, it's lighter weight and safer IMO.

Can anyone photoshop this picture to show blue wheels? Specifically I want to try the Volk Racing color F Zero Blue.

Here is a link to pictures of F Zero Blue Volks. http://my350z.com/forum/wheels-and-t...ce28-te37.html

Please don't F-Zero those wheels.

ZPirate 09-03-2010 07:18 AM

What's wrong wtih F Zero Blue? I'm trying to decide between blue and black. I like both, but I want to see what the blue will look like with PG.

zum78spd 12-04-2010 08:48 PM

Can you please post the wheel and tire sizes?

c41006 12-04-2010 09:15 PM

Wow those wheels look really good

That info would be in the first post.

schrack150 12-04-2010 10:36 PM

very nice !

Nismo221 12-04-2010 10:56 PM

Love the rims, I have to powdercoat mine soon.

TheZFanatic 04-28-2011 01:33 AM

Looks fantastic!!

Isamu 04-28-2011 05:11 AM

wow those look really clean. I am tempted to do this on my MB...

Junior's Z 07-20-2011 08:01 PM

eh Minicobra, those are some really nice set of wheels. Excellent touch on the Nismo's for a non-Nismo 370z. And in Matte Black too! One of my favourite colours :) ... What are the specs for those Nismo wheels? Also what kind of tires are you running? What are their sizes?

Again wonderful work on those wheels :) Cheers!

fonismo 09-19-2011 01:38 AM

your 370z really looks nice with the nismo wheels in black. i have a 2010 370z nismo and looking to powder coat my wheels as well. i live in southern cal and would really appreciate if you could send me the information of the shop that did your wheels. if you don't mind. thanks

Heller818 09-21-2011 11:04 PM

im looking for this same look on my nismo rims. where did you get them done

Minicobra1 09-23-2011 06:43 PM

Here is the place: Embee Performance - Powder Coating in Orange County

Embee Performance in Santa Ana. It's a really big facility, they do a lot of OEM wheels for other rim manufactures, they really know what they are doing. :-)

Hey, sorry I haven't been on this forum in awhile, I sold my 370z 3 months ago :-(
But it's ok, because I replaced it with a 2012 Shelby GT500 :-)

Anyway, here are the specs for the wheels:

Front: 19x9.5 +40 20.7lbs. Tire: Hankook Ventus V12 255/35/19
Rear: 19x10.5 +23 23.0lbs. Tire: Hankook Ventus V12 305/30/19

I was also running wheel spacers (15mm front - 15mm Rear)

No rubbing issues whatsoever. :-)

marcussoori 10-29-2011 06:15 PM

To the OP: I have the 370Z sport package 19" wheels with 15mm front/20mm rear spacers from Stillen. If I want the Nismo wheels do I need to replace the front and rear spacers to 10mm front/15mm rear?

Thanks...

ScGRaceR 10-29-2011 06:23 PM

looks good

I had 20mm spacers on the rear when I had the 275 tires, but when I switched to 305/30/19 tires, I just thought it stuck out a little too far for my taste.
I ended up putting the 15mm spacers on the rear, and thought it looked better. (the pics that are posted have the 15mm with 305 tires)

Probably more of a personal choice, I would just try the 20mm first to see if you like them, you can always get some 15's later.

lemansz20 11-11-2011 11:03 AM

Spacers on Nismo wheels make the car look perfect

sboden 11-11-2011 11:06 AM

Exactly what I'm looking for in the future. springs and spacers next and then looking at coating the wheels.

Awesome set-up and a beautiful car!

Newbie question - will the tires that come standard with a Sport Package fit on the Nismo rims? My tires only have 1,100 miles on them, and I'd hate to have to get rid of them if I decide to purchase some Nismo rims that I'm looking at.

11Thumper 11-11-2011 03:37 PM

Love it!
