I thought someone here said the perfect flush fitment was like 19x9 +22 and 19x10 +12?

I just put on my Advan RS-D's that I ordered, they were 19x9 +25 and 19x10 +15, they are barely tucked in, but I kept the stock tires on them.. Honestly it doesn't look right, the rear tire looks way stretched, never noticed it really on the stock rim. I'm thinking about ordering this setup to get rid of the stretch.
