Will a 18x9.5 +15 up front?

I'm looking and debating on getting a set of track wheels. Looking at the Enkei wheel lineup and they have some wheels that are 18x9.5 +15, would these fit up front? I'm running a 19x9.5 +22 up front right now and I'm not sure if there's room for a +15.

Here's how my front looks now with the 19x9.5 +22.

I will BUUUUMP this from the dead considering I'm on the verge of going from a 19x9.5 +22 to a 18x9.5 +15 and WAS planning on going with a 275 up front. I will be lowered on Swifts so I was wondering if anyone else is running a similar setup? I may have to settle for 265's but just if anyone has a similar setup some advice would be great! I'll post up on the "Will it fit" thread as well
