Default New Rims

Hey guys I have an 09 370z Touring Non Sport I just got my hands on a set of Five:AD S5:F Gun Metal 19x9.5 +25 19x10.5 +22 wheels. I was looking at getting hankook ventus v12 tires at 245/40/19 for the front and 285/35/19 for the rear the same fitments as the nismo z. What do you guys think about this setup? From what i heard from a couple people they would recommend i use a 10mm spacer on the rear wheels is that necessary or will it look fine without it..

Also what are a good set of lugs to purchase for this set of wheels? Thanks for the help I will post some pictures of the wheels when i get home im currently at work.

Yup lol got em through a member on this website. Im looking to spend around 50 60 bucks on a decent set. not looking to spend an arm and a leg on them.

so you recommend 255/40/19 and 295/35/19 what do you think about the offsets?

i'm running volks with similar sizes and offsets (19x9.5, 19x10.5 +22), and my tires are 255/35/19 and 295/30/19

if you run295/30/19 your speedo will be off 6.1% over stock.. im trying to keep the correct ratio. which would be 295/35/19 and 255/40/19 will that be ok for these wheels?

hmmm it looks like ill be running the 245/40/19 for the front and 285/35/19 set because tire rack doesnt even carry any tires in 295/35/19 anyway. and 295/30/19 would set the speedo off too much.

At 60mph you are doing 59.Xmph, so that is probably as close as you can get.

305/30/19 isn't overkill for a 10.5 inch wide wheel? You have any pics?

I am going 305 on the stock 10" wide wheels, and here is 305 on stock wheels.

Damn!
lol...
Well it all depends on the rim!
305/30/19
That middle number I believe is the most important!
You should talk to RCZ, he taught me alot about fitment.

It is all about keeping the percents near as possible, and not screwing up the system (MPH read out).

Take the width (the first number)
Multiply by the profile (the second number) as a percent

e.g. 305*.35

This will give you the sidewall height. Multiply that by two and add the rim height (the third number)

This gives you the overall height. When playing with sizes just try to keep the overall height the same.
