Volk TE37's
 

I can't find these wheels anywhere in matte black or gunmetal. Where'd everyone get them from?!! I only find bronze and silver. And what would be the best tire? Nikko, Advan...?!! I'm not tracking the car, it's just for daily driving..with a burst of aggression :driving:

Anyhow - the TE's are not made anymore - Volk only makes the G2's which are the new gen of the TEs... Your best bet is to PM forged

I got TE37 Ti Gun Metal order with Amplified.

nitto tires arent great. I had invos on my GLI and they were no better than the stock all season contis that came on the car. wasted money.

Even if the TE's aren't available right now, go for the G2's, they look so similar.

Not sure where you heard this, but it is not true.

The original TE37s are still available. I placed 2 orders for them as recent as last week. :tiphat:

TE37's are a classic Volks rim.. would be crazy to stop making them!!! :p

I can see why you'd say that, they look similar in face design but wheels are usually categorized two ways. Wheels with lip and wheels with no lip. TE's will have lip on a Z fitment, G2's don't have lip at all. It's a personal preference. I like wheels with lip myself.

This is actually not entirely accurate. The 20" G2s do not have a lip. However, the 19" G2s have the same size lip as the classic TE37s. I am attaching pictures so you can see what I am talking about :tiphat:

I've only seen the 20's and assumed all sizes were the same. Since I didn't care for the non-lip look I never went any further looking at other sizes. It's pretty rare on 1 model wheel 1 size will have lip and another not, on VOLK's anyway.

I really like the way the 19 looks probably because I've always liked the TE. It's timeless.

I agree....and the new design is a winner. :)
