Wheel/Rim question
Ok, I have no clue on rims so just a quick question if this is compatable fit or would I need new tires or anything else.
currently have the factor set up of 18" x 8.0" (front)/18" x 9.0" (rear) aluminum Looking at 18x7.5 / 5x100 / Offset +50....I do understand the 18" but rest of it I am completely lost.... any help would be appricated....Thanks. |

One. Why would you decrease the width of the wheel? Are you driving through the snow with the Z? Looking to get 30 mpg?
Two. The 370z is 5x114.3. 5x100 won't work unless it has both 5x100 and 5x114.3. Three. +50 is awfully high. You'd be even more sunken in than stock. I wouldn't go there. In conclusion, you're looking at the wrong set of wheels. They won't work at all.

Haha. Now that I read over my post, it seems kind of harsh. I didn't mean to convey my answer like that lol. But as I stated before, look for other wheels.

if i were you, i would try to match factory wheel specs of the sport pkg or the nismo version. This way, you wouldn't screw up the performance of the car. of course, if you really know what you are doing, then you can change things around.
sport pkg is 19x9 front and 19x10 back nismo is 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 and choose good tires too! |
