NO!!!
for one simple reason (TIRE SELECTION)!!!! Trust me I roll on 20's now and good quality tires are few and far between in the sizes that we want to run. Go to tire rack and see how many 20" 285's and 305's you can find and then do the same for 19" tires. the selection is atleast double or even triple!!!

If you plan on tracking your car, keep it 19/19. Benefits of a 19/20 stagger are negligible, including higher rotating mass, limited rear tire selections, etc.
If you plan on just showing, then by all means go for it. |

I'd go with 18's all around if you were tracking your car. Less rotational mass. But for all other purposes, 19" all around is a good compromise between looks (highly subjective) and performance.
