Finially got some pictures of the 19" black MDC Volk GTF's compliments of Stems on G35 .. driver
19" black MDC Volk GTF 19x10.5 +24 5mm spacer 19x9.5 +42 10 mm spacer Toyo Proxes T1R 285/35ZR19 255/35ZR19 This setup is more tucked and less flush with room for bigger tires down the road. The front rims have plenty of clearance for the stock front calipers and the room for a future BBK calipers. More pictures to follow at a later date ![]() ![]() ![]()

Scary part is that it's already dropped the full 13 mm. True it doesn't fill the wheel wells as well as it should but it was a compromise between having some zing or just for the bling. The best zing choice would have to used 18" rims and wide tires. The bling choice would have been 22". Besides, that I had these wheels on my 350Z Roadster and they were just sitting there waiting to be used. A quick rim barrel change to change the offset on the front rims, a few spacers, to improve caliper clearances and viola ..... 370Z fitment with room to expand in the future. I'll take ZING over bling anyday ![]()

Good looking out, but unfortunately I'm already painfully aware of how long it takes to get a special color having had Volks on several cars before. I won't be ready to get wheels for a while so I'll just have to lust over all of you guys' wheels.

I wasn't going to get mine but ended up placing the order knowing it was going to be a long wait. I ordered them right before the price increase. Thanks to Lou of Amplified for placing the order for me and a great deal. Since the order took so long so it worked out in term of setting $$$$ aside for these rims and tires. I didn't know these rims were a special color until Lou told me. They were the exact color and finishing I want. Here is OEM vs TE37. ![]()

What are the tire sizes? (assuming that is 19x9.5 and 19x10.5) It looks like a 305 in the rear.
I tried looking through all these pictures, can someone post a 9.5 with a 255/35 and 10.5 with 295/30??? Thanks! Last edited by AllForTheCash; 09-20-2010 at 04:01 PM. |
