Looks good Digi! Glad to see the car is looking great after the accident. When you fall down, get back on your feet.

I saw from some of your albums that you are running 19x10.5 +7 in the rear w/10mm spacers...is that correct? Because the ones that I ordered are 19x10.5 +18 already. Doesn't that equal out to the same thing you have(+1) or are you saying that I am still going to need spacers on top of the +18?

Looking good.

Small detail... but why are your slotted rotors "direction" different. Are the internal vanes on the powerslots directional?

Thanks! That was the same exact question the tech asked me, and I told him whatever works. The internal vanes are not directional. [shrugs]

I believe the +7 he has are with 10mm spacers, so his rear wheel offset is +17. The spacer essentially adds a negative offset, so if the spacer is 10mm, it'll subtract 10 from the wheel offset.

So to get close to that you need to run 10mm spacer as well then you will be +8. I'm running same wheels 19x10.5 +8 rear already with no spacer and I would say it's perfect. You'll need to do that to match the front offset which is more aggressive than the rears so the fronts will look like they stick out more if you don't put a spacer in the rear.

My fronts are +30 offset right now but I bet your +17 up front will be poking out just a tad. It should look perfect if you plan to lower the car an inch or so.

Tsolin is correct, I added a 10mm and a 2.5mm spacer making the offset even lower. But I have the exact offsets as u Steve. +17 up front +18 in the rear. But adding the 12.5mm in spacers makes it +17 front +5.5. With 9.5 and 10.5 widths and 255/40 and 305/35 tires... Check out the pics below. Pm me and I'll send u a pic with no spacer installed in the rear and you'll clearly see the difference. The 2.5 just further pushed out the rear but the 10mm h&r looked great too. My color wheel is custom since I had them refinished. It's a local places gunmetal.

Excuse the grossness of the lip but I had just got the sport brakes put on and snapped this pic with grungy lips haha

It's looking pretty awesome That gunmetal color is nice, I wish the Ti Gunmetal ones were a bit darker like those.

Hey guys..need some opinions. I am thinking about getting the Volk GT-C's. My 370 is red and lowered on Sprint springs. Any thoughts regarding this setup? Recommendations? Btw they are 20x9.5f 20x10.5r

Hey Soprano,

I have a red Z as well and I just received my Volk GT-S in the mail yesterday. The finish is Mercury Silver. I am lowered on Swift springs. Keep an eye out for pics with wheels on the car. I will post up as soon as I can. Even though you are thinking of going with the GT-C's this will give you an idea of what it looks like.

Default Wheels installed today

Volk GT-S 19x19.5/10.5.

Tires Cont DW 285/35/19 and 245/45/19. I am going to re-order the fronts in 245/(35 or 40)/19. I have little to no room in the front with the swift spring drop. That little plastic bump inside the fender of that bolt was getting hit everytime I hit the smallest bump. I have since shaved down that bump within the fender and it's not near as bad now but still hits from time to time. Especially at higher speeds.

Over all I am very happy with the look. I have a 10mm spacer for the rear coming to me in the mail right now. I think once I have the spacer installed on the rear and the smalled tires on the front I will be G2G.

I think I also need to have them check the balancing of the tires because I feel some shutter in the car that wasnt there before with the stock sport tires/wheels. Maybe the tires just need some break in time for the shuttering to go away????? Comments/suggestions here please......

Thanks,

Shane

^^ wrong tire sizes. Most people get 35/30 sidewalls, 40/35 if you want a little more tire to fill the gap
looks very nice thou
