Ordered some 19x9.5 +22 / 19x10.5 +12 TE37SL Pressed graphite wheels for myself
Volk is going to manufacture them only in the end of march tho

P.S. will 265/35 | 305/30 tires fit them ?

Nope, you will be good to go. Just make sure you order 12x1.25 pattern

Does anyone run 10.5+22 in the FRONT? Through all the the threads/pages and I don't think I've seen a single setup with this sizing in the front?

I'm running the Nismo rears in the front while another one of my Forgestars gets fixed... but yeah, they work just fine without rubbing so I doubt 1mm is going to make a difference

Check out this post here:
[Official] 370z wheel fitment guide (pics/specs) only

He is running 20x10.5 +20 with a 255/35 tire. Eibach springs and no fender mods.

Your wheel is only 2mm more inboard, you should be fine (assuming it has a face design that clears brakes. betting you're looking at a Te37 variant?)

Another tire size that could work with that is 275/30 but may require camber/fender roll depending on height

I am running 20x11 +15 with a 275/30. 3 deg camber and fender rolled. No rubbing.
