They will fit and be flush no problem. Hell I run 315 on 18x11+ 18 and it is pretty dang close to flush probably with a couple of mm.

Noted, I just don't want too fat of tire where tire poke out more than the rim itself. I like either flush with rim or a very little stretch.

Maybe i'd do a brighter or more metallic red; the factory red seems drab.
