Foam surrounding spare tire.
 

On the foam piece surrounding the spare tire, I noticed that there are cutouts to the left and right of the spare. They look like they are meant to hold something. Anyone know what they're for, or what goes in those empty spots? All that's in my spare tire well are a Jack, tire wrench and Jack handle, spare, and a front tow hook. Should there be anything else in there?

I believe they are for other countries who do not get a spare tire but other forms of support, like those fix a flat things and a portable compressor, etc.
