TE37, Matte Black with Polished Lips

Hey Guys,

I remember seeing a few months back an IS350 with the most fantastic looking wheels I had ever seen. It was the TE37s in matte black with polished lips. It also had the gold volk sticker. Is that particular color combo in production or was it custom painted? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sure that was custom made. The le37 had a polished lip but they're no longer made.
