The TE37SL is discontinued in December 2021, so ordering any new ones from Rays Japan is done.

However, I saw that System Motorsport had one set in stock that they literally posted a couple hours ago in standard 370Z spec

As for the different versions of TE37's available now . . . it's just Rays trying to organize their lineup and fight pirating of their design. New versions of the TE37 have more features like engraved logo, engraved ring around the circumference, knurled lip for better tire mounting grip. This stuff is harder to copy for cheapo knockoff companies.
As for naming, they've really just separated their TE37 versions but diameter

TE37 (or TE37 OG as they're informally known) = original version, six spoke forged wheel. Came anywhere from 15-19 inch diameters. Discontinued for a while.

TE37SL (TE37 "Super Lap) = same mold as TE37OG, some material removed from the back of the spoke for weight savings. Certain color schemes were specific to the SL version. Discontinued

TE37v = deep dish version of TE37 intended for widebody cars, available in super aggressive (negative) offsets. 15-17 inch diameter
TE37v Mark II = same as above, slight updated design to make it available in 18 inch diameter.

TE37 KCR = for small K-cars in Japan, 15-16 inch diameter only I suspect this is discontinued in favor of TE37 Sonic

TE37 Sonic = for small cars like Honda Fit, Suzuki Swift, etc. New feature over KCR is engraved logo. Available in 15-16 inch diameter
TE37 Sonic CR (Club Racer) = same as above, some structural improvements
TE37 Sonic SL (Super Lap) = same as Sonic, some weight savings)

TE37 Saga = new "base" version of TE37. New feature over TE37OG is engraved logo, some face design variations in concavity. Available in 17-18 inch diameter
TE37 Saga S-Plus = Rays just being stupid. Minor update to TE37Saga design.
TE37 Saga SL (Super Lap) = Lighter version of TE37 Saga

TE37 Ultra = bigger version intended for newer cars with bigger wheel arches and tire sizes. Engraved logo, engraved rim, knurled lip are new features. Available 19-20 inch diameter
TE37 Ultra Track Edition = lighter version of Ultra
TE37 Ultra Track Edition II = updated version of track (horray, new color)
TE37 Ultra Tourer = Ultra, but in sizes for larger 4x4 vehicles like Toyota Highlander.
TE37 Ultra Large PCD = same thing as the Ultra Tourer, probably just the old name for same purpose. Meant for 4x4's

TE37 6061 = Not really even a TE37 anymore, it has a different face design completely. Intended for Euro cars.

TE37 XT = unique face design, sizes intended for small SUV

Within each model are special editions, because Rays likes money.
M-Spec denotes limited production run with out the engraved ring
Black Edition denotes . . . special black color production run, with a neon sticker. There were three black editions of the TE37SL, just because.
