I’m looking for some new 295’s, wanting something somewhat sticky but also good tread, Just a daily driver with bolt ons. I was thinking Nitto NT555 g2 or Nitto NT05 but wanted some other opinions/reviews before hand if possible.
Thanks

For a daily with little spirited driving I'd recomend Firestone indy 500. Ran 275 on the rear at 350ish whp good for fun and getting to work with some rain in the temps we see in this area. Unless you're doing some crazy driving you dont need that wide of tire N/A

Default I am a big Michelin fan!

I can't wait for my OEM set to wear down so I can pick up a set of pilot sport 4S's paired with my dream wheels (NISMO LMGT 4's)

Toyo Proxes R888's are interesting enough though... These have come across my radar too! I hear they hook amazing even on crazy HP applications

After OEMs, I've had 3 sets of Michelin Pilot $ports and afraid of using anything else.

I would suggest trying Bridgestone RE-71's. PS4S's I am not sure of. The PSS's on my Vette are OK. If you had a boosted car I would recommend R888r's.

Just wish the Re-71 would last more than a day and a half.

Traction or tread life. One or the another. Can't have both.

The R888's and the Cup tires are in the same class. The Sports are below those.

I agree. I replaced my OEM tires with some. 255/40/19 Front and 285/35/19 rear. Got 4 for less than a grand Canadian. Great tires for the money!
