is there a clearcoat on the stock 18" z rims?

Hello, looking to get my rims(non sport) black powdercoated... and was wondering if they did have clearcoat on the rims. I'm getting charged an extra $50 to sandblast the rims IF they are clearcoated.

The shop that did mine told me they did have to sandblast them. They didn't charge extra for it.

Most rims do have a clearcoat. I know my 350z does.
