Spacers On Sport Wheels
Hey guys, new member here.
Ive been reading through the various spacer threads on here, but i can decide on a brand to go with. Some people are having issues with the Ichiba spacers vibrating, which tells me they arent as reliable as the other brands out there. So i was wondering if anyone has tried the Kics spacers or the Eibach ones ? I know H&R was also recommended too. I want to go 20mm both front and rear and Im looking for a setup that will just bolt on without having to install new bolts. My assumption is that I pretty much have to get a kit that comes with new bolts right ? Anybody running anything other than Ichiba please chime in if you could... thanks !! |
the fronts will need new studs, the rears can be a bolt on type.
|
you could bolt on the fronts also, you just need someone to hold the brake while torquing them down.

Cool. Who makes a bolt on type for the front besides Echiba ? Anyone running the Project Kics, Eibachs, or H&Rs ?
|
i've heard H&R is the best one to go with... good quality too.
Ichiba is the cheapest one |
I have ichiba on my G..no vibration issues what so ever..
whats the size of spacers you need for full flush look on sports wheels with/without drop |
I have 15mm ichiba v2 for my rears and have no complaints. I havent decided on my last set, either 20mm for the rear if my current v2s will fit up front, or just get 10mm for the front.
I dont think you would want to go more than 20mm though. |
I bought Kics 10m for the rear for my Volk rims I wanted to space out. Their nut type is not something I would use even though they use their own locking type socket.
I had the +20 Ichiba Version 2 on the rear for the Sport rims and they give a really nice look, They use real lugs and a centering hub that the Kics do not include in their kit. Im selling +10 front and +20 rear if you're interested too at a discount. The fronts are new and not used as I found a set or Volk GTS rims and tires. http://www.the370z.com/parts-sale-pr...a-spacers.html |
