Good lug nuts for ForgeStar wheels?
I know someone that was able to get ForgeStar wheels on their Z and they are looking for good choices on lug nuts with locking lug nuts? ForgeStar wheels are 18X8 +10 offset and 18X9 +15 offsets. I know that they must be a cone seat lug nuts with pitch of 12 mm X 1.25”. What length size lug nuts will fit best? Friend is looking for lug nuts that only stick out a little not a lot. What brand, style, length lug nuts did you put on your ForgeStar’s? Will the Rays or Greddy lug nuts work?

The amount of reveal will depend on the pad size of the wheel. I hope he got a good deal on those wheels because size and fitment is pretty weak.

Those sizes would be aggressive on like . . . an IS300. Its pretty pathetic for virtually any S-chassis or Z-chassis
is there something special about Forgestar? Cuz . . . pretty much any aftermarket lug nuts will work and there's plenty of threads about them already

^Titanium burnt lug nuts very nice too bad they are out of my friends budget. I searched on this and did not find the answer I wanted. The lug nuts kits he is looking at is Work RS Type (closed end) aluminum lug nuts,Muteki SR 45R lug nuts,Ray Dura-nuts 42mm straight type lug nuts with locks,Muteki SR48 Lug Nuts. What mm lug nuts do you all recommend to use with ForgeStar wheels? Can I get some recommendations on lug nuts please?

The fact that they are Forgestars has nothing to do with the type of lug nut. His budget is what will make the decision.
He needs to look at some pictures of his wheels with different lug nuts and decide on the look he wants. Which Forgestars did he get? Muteki SR48 Black Lug Nuts *BRAND NEW* BLOX RACING Titanium Forged Lug Nuts

He ended up getting the ForgeStar F14. He says his budget is $250 or less to spend on a lug nut kit with locks. Well according to ForgeStar it does matter what lug nuts you purchase because they said the pitch for a Nissan or Infiniti has to be 12mmX1.25,Cone seat, and closed end was recommended for them to fit. The Rays and Work lug nuts kits are favorable and being light. Looking for opinions on what will look good? People how have ForgeStar F14 what lug nuts are you using? My wheels are completely different so would not know what to subjest.

Lots of pics here. Let me know which pictures he likes, and I will try to find out which lug nuts they are using.

Thanks for all the subjestions. He ended up getting the Muteki SR48 12mmX1.25 open end lug nut kit with locks and Neo Chrome upgrade. I know a few guys at that ran the Muteki lug nuts for years with success so they are a nice lug nut kit for the coin spent. I have learned beware of cheap knockoff lug nut kits as they can possibly be dangerous to run on your Z and always purchase your lug nuts from a reputable vendor. My friend ended up getting his Mutkei SR48 lug nut kit with locks and Neo Chrome upgrade from Rav Spec a reputable vendor here on the forum.
