To be sure, you did take off that little bolt that's on the front rotor right? You néed to take this off and you'll see it on the rotor as it's not the wheel stud,..

yeah did that too

it took a lot of time and effort to get these from US to Dubai and how feels really bad

took picture of the sticker it does say +19 offset
