Has anyone else noticed the advertised diameter of the Pilot Super Sport is shorter than what is in their specs.? I have recently bought some for Spring/Summer next year &

Michelin PSS Dimension's
Has anyone else noticed the advertised diameter of the Pilot Super Sport is shorter than what is in their specs.?
I have recently bought some for Spring/Summer next year & by measuring circumference,divided by pi (3.14") & they come up short. 2 sizes measured: 305/30ZR19-circumference 80.875"/3.14=25.76" diameter 325/30ZR19- " " " " " " 82.125"/3.14=26.15" diameter These are not mounted-but no way can grow to 26.3" & 26.7", Just seeing who else has noticed or has dimensions on other PSS's. Also section/overall width is 12.75" on 305's & 13.5" on 325's.
