I am running PS4S on Stock Rims 19
Front 265 / 35 R19
Rear 295 / 30 R19

I am total happy with these

I ran a slightly bigger rear on the PSS 305, and got about 23K on them,
so was not upset by the mileage,

Also depends on what you mean by budget, my PS4S were about 1550.00
