I would LOVE to have a set of one of the top 3 but advan doesn't make the tire sizes I need and PS2 are incredibly too expensive so I do plan on trying the RE-11 probably next tire purchase. For this purchase I had to do the V12 Evo from Hankook because of the price to performance they give. Hard to beat that part.

since price is always a consideration (for most anyway), i'd go with the nt-05's. the big motivation here is the $20/ tire rebate from speedventures (hopefully they'll continue that for 2010).
a *very* close 2nd would be the hankook rs-3's only b/c there's no rebate for them and they dont come in 19". the hankook rs-2's were my favorite tires in the past, and rumor has it that the rs-3's have 30% more grip and take heat even better. |

I voted RE-11. Used on the GT-R before as long life track tires, and now have them on the 370Z. Incredibly stiff sidewalls, and excellent grip and response. They also seem to last a lot longer than my old favorite...the PS2.

I've just got a drive with some Nitto NT05s, a local dealer let me test them out... I took off my michelin A/S Plus tires and wow!!! These tires are amazing. It's amazing the traction and the stability that you get. They are so sticky and so communicative and I could not believe it...I will admit that they were slightly noiser (only slightly) than the A/S plus and gives a harsher ride, but I just thought who cares? The tires give so much feedback and so much confidence. I have not driven them in the wet or lived with them, so I cannot give a full description, but from so many reviews I have read, they are a spectacular performance tire. I haven't tried the Bridgestone RE 11s, but I think I could. One thing I know I am going to do is swap out the A/S plus tires for either NT05s or Bridgestone Re 11s
