Again I can not confirm this it is just something I have heard from users that have used both, the mich are grippier when new but after two to three track days the grip drops off whereas the s04 stays more consistent. I'm looking into track day two soon and it's been some mi between so I guess I'll have a better idea how they age fairly soon. I don't think you'll be unhappy with either though.
It may be the size i'm looking at. 265/35/19 and 305/30/19. But yeah I think the tires are similar enough where a casual driver like me won't really feel the difference. My new wheels won't come in until end of July so I have some time to wait for tire deals.

While I can't comment on this relative to the PSSs, I agree that the S04s are consistent throughout their lifespan. I've gone to ZDayZ twice on the same set of S04s, and they were as grippy this year as they were last year.

ive been running 204 pole position for a while, theyre ok, great for daily use and few track days. I honestly would rather get the new continentals or Michelins

I just ordered some Michelin Pilot 4S to go on my Work wheels. These are in 20" vs. my stock Sport wheel sizes Bridgestone S04's. The price difference between the two was only about $200. I will soon be able to do a direct side by side comparo
