Found out Tires not wide enough for my rim today need new tires now

Load of crap. 245/40/19 is oem size for Nismo 370z 9.5 wide front wheels. It's barely a stretch, and not a reason for beads not sealing. They just wanted to

That is exactly what I have on the front (Work wheels) and it is not really stretched.

The S-04 tires run a bit narrow it seems - I see a lot of people go up a size from stock (i.e. 255/285 front/rear widths on the smaller Sport wheels). But I don't see how it wouldn't hold the bead on a 9.5" wheel. Maybe consider another tire shop.
