The rims can be fixed. But I don't know if it would be worth it. You would have to remove the finish. Dye check the whole rim for cracks. Weld

But I don't know if it would be worth it. You would have to remove the finish. Dye check the whole rim for cracks. Weld prep the cracks, and deflects. Weld, then grind smooth. Redye check the repairs. Then refinish the rim. Depending on the type of aluminium.
