DRS spacers fit between the wheel and hub, and require exchanging the existing wheel studs for longer ones.

DRM spacers bolt to the hub with existing wheel studs and special nuts. Wheel is bolted to new DRM wheel studs.

Some spacers are made use with the oem studs and others require extended studs. I can't remember which is which without doing a search! Lol Google is your friend!

I have 25mm all around while lowered on Swifts, no rubbing at all.

That is ridiculous and anyone using something like that is sitting on a timebomb with a short fuse.... but at sizes like 20mm, this is not a worry for me.
+1 Depends on which generic ones. But the ones I run are made of the same material that H&R/Z1...etc make and I have been running them for more than a year with a handful of spirited drives and they have held up perfectly. As long as the ones you are buying are made of the same quality material that the big brands do, you can be saving a lot of money.
