Looking at these 18's

They suggested these sizes & offset:
18x9.5 +22
18x10.5 +22

Yes or no?

Sure, but depends on your suspension, ride height, camber and what tires.
The front is going to be more aggressive than the rears though.

Knockoffs indeed. But yes, +22 all around are 350Z offsets. You could get more aggressive with the Z34. 18x10.5 +2 or lower, depending on tire sizes and camber, come to mind.

have them 18x9.5+12 front 18x10.5 +15 rear this wheels from personal experience are very good and hard material look at my pictures running them now more than a year.
