Help with wheel fitment...

I was wondering if anyone can tell me whether the following wheels/tire combo will fit our Z.

Front: 19" x 8.5" 32MM offset 245/35 ZR19 93Y
Rear: 19" x 9.5" 37MM offset 265/30 ZR19 93Y

Would stock tires fit these wheels as well?
