I just thought of something randomly. Could I run like 265 R 19 on the front and say 305 r 20 in the back? As long as they both have

Could I run like 265 R 19 on the front and say 305 r 20 in the back? As long as they both have similar wheel diameters? I just like the look of it on Corvettes and Lambos.
