Wheel adapters? Needed?

Hello all
Pardon my ignorance or stupidity, but I just ordered a set of wheels and was going to install it once I get her back from the shop (axle replacement due to clunking) and I noticed four of these pieces that slide into the hub of the rim.

What are they? Do I need them?

Thanks all!

Edit:

+15 front. 9 width
+20 rear 11 width

They're hub centric rings to keep your aftermarket wheels from vibrating.

That makes sense. So it's a necessity to place them on when putting the wheels on correct?

Yes.

Unless you actually want your wheels to vibrate.

Thank you!

One last question. This little metal extruded piece is prevent my new wheels from fitting. What is an easy way around this or is there ones??

Thanks

Remove it. It's only there to prevent you from putting your rear wheels up front since our wheels are staggered.

That's actually a bolt with a sleeve on it. As above, take it off.
