Exclamation Problems w/ my new Venachi Spirit Wheels!

Looking for general input on what to do! Also hoping VIP Status will step up!

So I have had these wheels on for 1 week and 2 days...

Not sure if anyone here knows but my wheel/tire order hasn't been the most straight forward affair!
Initial promise time was wrong. I received one wheel damaged and had to send it back which prolonged my wait. I was sent back the damaged wheel and have to wait for another wheel that's been ordered. That damaged wheel does cause vibration at highway speeds. Now all the wheels are leaking air!
I noticed that when mounting my wheels onto the car that one was flat straight out of the box. I figured maybe the valve stems need tightening and didn't worry about it. Well I've been running the wheels for over a week and I have to refill my tires every day!
My technicians found the base of the TPMS valve stems bubbling even after attempts to tighten. I just spent $60 to have them all be recognized by the car. Now the TPMS works fine (thank goodness) but the tires still keep going flat.

I have a seperate hole in the rear of the wheel that holds the TPMS valve stem. I don't want any dumby lights! Rick told me at point of sale that they do this all the time so I went with his recommendation and ordered them this way. Needless to say that I'm over this big time!!
I appreciate how Rick handles things but the product I paid for is at this point useless to me. I've tried to call Rick and keep getting that he has stepped out or isn't in. My last call went right to voicemail (and still no call back 3:00 their time). I don't know if the caller ID game has started but this really sucks.
I think overall I have been pretty patient. I do appreciate the favor Rick did for me also beacuse of the mess we have had! Now what do I do??

Again, it's been verified that the base of each TPMS valve stem bubbles leaking air with the water test!! Do I go pay a local aftermarket wheel shop to try and break them down and tighten from the inside? Do they need rubber seats like the front valve stems have?
To mount and balance these low profile tires can cost $50 to $100 ea. Now what's wrong with that picture??

So that you know what I mean about secondary valve stems see the pics!

Here is a shot through the wheel toward the TPMS valve stem.

Here is a shot from behind the wheel looking at the TPMS sensor! (flash glare)

Here is the actual valve stem designed for this wheel!

Any input is appreciated!

Forgive my ignorance but why are those wheels labeled Work? Are Venachi apart of the Work line-up?

That's weird, I thought Venaci was made by SSR...?

Work Gnosis:

bears an eerie resemblance...? Note the valve stem in this sample picture. Looks exactly like what you're picturing...

EDIT: probably shouldn't be insinuating nothin'...don't mind me AK

Default Tpsm

ok it's about 12am so i will try to make it short.
1.the damaged wheels was done by UPS shipping, and we order a brand new one from japan since UPS did not want to take care of the damaged.
2.all of are Venaci line up are private label from all the best wheel company in japan like RAYS,WORK,SSR.
3.When each of our wheels are order from Japan for TPMS for a 2pc -3pc wheels they will are come pre drilled right from factory.
4.TPMS valve stem bubbles leaking air with the water test, that's good we know this is were it's coming from,so i think when the tech that install the TPMS from the inside it my have not set right,
but you know if you do have the remove all the tires and do the TPMS over that we will cover the cost.
5.Just make sure that the TPMS is not over tightening, casue they can brake really easy.So that's why i think our tech did not want to over tighten it.
Will i'll call you on the morning and go over this with you in the morning.
thanks agian

OK, Woke up to this!! I know I'm the last person you want to hear from at this point! Waiting for your call then. I'm up early to go down to garage and top off tires before work!

What's the benefit in getting the Venaci brand over the authentic equivalent? I would love to purchase a set, but is the price substantial enough to justify the purchase over the real thing?

The only difference between the private label and the real deal is the center cap. VIP-STATUS offers some VERY VERY VERY Good deals on their wheels better than you could get for any WORK,RAYS, and VOLK labeled wheels. Also every wheel will be stamped by the manufacturer take a close look at Kev's wheels they say Work all over them and so do mine.

Rick, You guys have great customer services as always and we really appreciate you guys! I get my car back tomorrow with a new motor so You should be getting pics from me in a few days and maybe a video or two

Let me tell you a little story about private label.
I've been in the wheels and tires industry since 1988,since the 2nd gen Honda CRX came out,but i'm not that! old ok guys.lol
Been on my350z.com since 2003 with 100% A+ feed back.And had a 350z before.
And we are a full retail and wholesale warehouse.
wwwVipStatususa.com
Not some online company that is selling parts from my house.

1.Non of the big name company like SSR,WORK,VOLK are here in U.S them self.
2.So all of these wheels company are sold from a importer.Meaning you are already paying more.Shipping, advertisements cost, and more.
3.No one want to pay full retail now a day.Everyone wants a deal.
Retail shop can not give you a big deal if these importer are marking it up so high.3-4 times from cost.
4.I was just like you all at one time, buying everything full price.
So this why we try to get you the best JDM product with out costing you a arm and leg.
And are made from the best company from Japan.
5.Private lable has been around the same way in Japan for over 15years,we just never looked into it.
6.Just like the stock 19'' wheels on your sport 370z that are made from RAYS.
So i hope this clear up all the confusion.
Thank you all and feel free to PM me for anything.
Rick

All of our wheels are 100% JWL like DOT in the U.S pass!
No cheap CAST wheels made in china or something like that.
We in the wheels Business,Don't drop quality.
All i can say is many big name wheel company out there, there wheels are good but are not as good as you think,it's alot of hipe and marketing.
Like people always say you get what you pay for.
