Default Cracked H&R spacer safe to use ???

Sup guys, trying to get opinions on whether Its safe or not to use a 20mm H&R spacer with a slight crack on the "hub centering" part. Attached are a few pics. I bought them used from a member on here and although he is willing to work with me trying to find another used set or loose 20mm h&r spacer (s) might take forever. Any opinions are greatly appreciated. I won't be tracking the car and Im probably only keeping them on for a few thousand miles.

Edit: I didn't buy them knowing one was damaged, he blamed it on shipping ect...either way it has been resolved he has refunded full amount and maintained good communication throughout the whole process.
