Lost Key to Lock Lug.

I lost my key to my Nismo Lock Lug. I get the local Nissan dealer to take the locks off and put in OEM non locking lugs. The locking lugs are still in good shape and appears to be usable. I had chat the the Nissan USA rep and they didn't help. Anyone know where I can get a replacement lug lock (if it's even an option)?

Lost Key to Lock Lug.

Unless you have the lock code, it's going to be difficult getting a key.
I lost mine a couple of years ago and bought a full set of locks and key off of eBay for $27.00.
The OEM are Mcgard locks.

Nissan part # is 999W2-JT000. Found some on eBay for about what I paid two years ago.

When I purchased my 2014 it had lock lugs but without the key. I went to Nissan dealer and they had a set of lock lug keys. They actually match a key for my lock lug. I just had to call McGuard with the key number and order the appropriate keys.

Well poop. One more reason to hate my dealer.

When I lost my key, I brought my car to the dealership, where they had a set of keys. They found one that fit and ordered it for me. Came out to $25 if I remember correctly.

In case you haven't bought new locks. Full set of lugs with locks. http://www.the370z.com/parts-sale-pr...leftovers.html

I had a tire shop lose my lug key once. They gave me another customers lug key. So basically two people ended up getting screwed. I found out when I had a flat. I couldn't get the lock off with the lug key I had in the trunk. YMMV - I ended up hammering a socket on to the lug. I was able to get enough bite to get it off.

Lost mine last year, but had lock code...2 weeks later, I got 2 sets in the mail. One is now in the car and another in the garage...

Like others have said here, you SHOULD have a lock code that came with all yer paperwork when purchasing the car.

Look in the owners manual and see if the lock code was put in there. Medium sized sheet of paper.
