for all of those that are bashing my question, you're all entitled to your own opinions and that fair and respectable. I for one, am not a huge fan of over stretching tires. I love the way my Z handles. The only reason that I ask is because the specs on the tires that I have right now take a maximum of a 10" wheel on the rear and up to an 8.5" wheel on the front, so would that 1/4" of stretch on each side ultimately make that much of a substantial difference. And HELL NO!!!! I'm not going to camber and "stance" out my Z like the honda kids do. That's not my style. But this is the reason I asked if anyone had pics of this done.

For those that seemed like they had questions regarding my wheel offsets:
fronts are 18x9 +22
rears are 18x10.5 +18

And if I do decide to go this route, it'll only be temporary. So no need to get butt hurt over this. I don't plan on "ruining" my car. Again, this was just a general inquiry.

I'm glad you aren't planning to stance your Z. But you did ask about stretched tires. The response you got was completely warranted and should have been expected.

Yes. Those tires will affect the handling of your Z and do not properly fit your wheels. Get some new, proper fitting tires

You ask for opinions on the Intertubes and then get butt-hurt because you don't like the answers?

LOL!!! I'm not butt hurt over the responses at all. But, some people take a simple question and make a big scene out of it for no reason. Zbrah had the most helpful answer thus far. That's all that I was looking for. I mean, isn't that what the forums are intended for??? Q&A from people who've tried things and either failed or succeeded? lol

Again, another helpful answer. Very much appreciated and thank you.

I guess I missed the "big scene." Care to point it out?

Others have tried to help - they are telling you that, in their opinion, it's a bad idea. Just because you don't like the answers, doesn't mean they are wrong. Granted, some of the answers haven't had much explanation but this subject has already been discussed many times on this site.

You're probably right, but sometimes trying to search for a specific answer is impossible. lol. On my last wheel setup, i had the same size rear wheel and was running a 265 and it had a slight stretch. But it was tolerable which is what led me to my op being that it's only a 1/2" on each side of the bead. feel me homie?? lol

If the site's search isn't finding what you want, try any of the big web search engines and add "site:the370z.com" to your search string.

i know bud. I got nothing but love for all of our fellow Z owners. It's just frustrating sometimes when people speculate your intentions. If mine were to throw a 215 on a 10.5" wheel and go with 17 deg of neg camber, than I'd invite you all over to lovingly throw me a blanket party!!! hahaha

and everyone that has seen what I do with my cars will vouch that I don't destroy them. I keep them clean, very functional, and subtle.

Few, if any, of us have seen what you do to your cars. All we have to go on is what you post. Your stated intention was "dont want it to look rediculous" (sic). For the most part, the answer has been it's-gonna-look-ridiculous. You will most likely receive similar responses to anything that negatively impacts handling/performance.

You are entitled to do what you want to do with your car. However, let's not stretch the truth. 225 on 9 and 245 on 10.5 are not considered "very function".
