Varrstoen Es1 fit over sport brakes

1 Attachment(s)
Hey Guys,
I was wondering if anybody knew if the Varrstoen Es1 19x9.5 +22 would clear the sport brakes in the front? I currently have the non-sport brakes and am looking to upgrade to the sport brakes but I am unsure if they will fit. Thanks!

Sure won't... Gonna need a 10mm spacer

Dang, I was hoping to not have to use any spacers. Does anyone know if the 350z brembo calipers would clear? Or is it even possible to use them

spacers are 100% safe, is there are reason you wanted to avoid them?

If you don't want to use spacers, the ES1s are available in a +12 offset front as well.

I personally don't have a problem with spacers. I am actually currently using some in the rear for my square set up but I always have problems with them at places like discount tire not wanting to do anything with them. They will only touch the bolt on type. The only thing I wouldn't like is not being able to use the wheels at all without a spacer if the need came up.

I would have gotten the +12 but I think it would be a little too much poke for me. I probably should have just done a little more research before purchasing the wheels.

Thank you guys for your responses!

Yep been there done that. Bought es1's in 9.5/11 +22/15 and went to mount it and was like nope touches the front caliper. Then had to switch to the +12/15

When you had this setup did you have any spacers?

cooltoy 06-27-2017 07:20 AM

None, if I recall correctly.
